AFFORDABLE TEAM BASED CARE FROM EXPERIENCED CAREGIVERS
Proof Essentials is basic care for those that need support services from Experienced Caregivers, without the need for 24/7 support Nursing phone support.
Proof of Care strives to offer affordable care and assistance plans that can help those who need a little more support accomplishing some of the tasks of daily life. Proof Essentials Caregivers are assigned from our talent pool for each shift and follow detailed care plans crafted by our Care Managers.
Proof Premium
PREMIUM CARE FOR QUALIFIED CAREER CAREGVERS
When care needs turn from companionship to skilled assistance, or having a small number of regular caregivers is a priority to you, Proof Premium is the right choice for you. Our educated Career Caregivers can help with a wide range of household tasks, as well as specific care needs. We work hard to find talented Caregivers that have a passion for their career of choice. With close oversight from our Care Managers, and emergency on-call support available, Proof Premuim is care deluxe.
Proof Private
CARE MANAGED BY YOU, FOUND BY US.
If you're looking to self employ a caregiver, but don't know how to identify top talent from unsuitable or unscrupulous applicants, Proof Private is for you. We help you with a detailed assessment of your care needs, create a detailed care plan for your Caregivers to follow, then provide you with 1-3 Caregivers that meet your needs. You take care of pay negotiations, employment contracts, insurance, WorkSafeBC, tax and all other aspects as a direct employer. Proof Private is a great option for those with limited budgets or plenty of time & experience to self-manage their care team.
Proof Care Calls
DAILY CARE CALLS, REMINDERS & CHECK-INS.
Our trained telephony experts make 3-5 minute calls one, two or three times a day to check in on your loved one, remind them of medications, ensure they are safe and well and, perhaps most importantly, have a friendly conversation. Our callers are exclusively located in Canada & the US across all North American timezones. Should a call go unanswered, or an answered call raises concern, our callers will then dial a predetermined list of emergency contacts to alert them of the situation. It's great peace of mind when you aren't able to connect with your loved one due to your busy life, your own health concerns or while travelling in arduous timezones.
