Jessica Meinhardt

Jessica graduated from the College of the Rockies in 2023 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Before becoming a nurse, she worked in assisted living as a caregiver and developed a deep passion for caring for and connecting with older adults. After graduating, she gained experience in acute general medicine and worked with many older adults experiencing cognitive decline, where her interest in this population grew—something inspired by her own grandfather’s journey with dementia.

Jessica joined Proof of Care as a casual LPN before stepping into a Nurse Manager role. She is passionate about being a supportive presence for clients and families during challenging times. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, trying new foods, and spending time with her loved ones.
